Postnatal massage can happen as soon after birth as possible. -it helps release the muscle memory of labour. -can give you some time for you and release endorphins. -gently re-establishing spinal and pelvis realignment. -provide deep relaxation -helps to relieve shoulder and neck pain from carrying and breast feeding a baby. -Increase blood circulation. I aim to help new mums recuperate from childbirth and ease into motherhood. And of course… little ones are welcome 💜 your choice…
