Service Description

I will use the stones as a massaging tool directly onto the skin when they are slightly cooler. The heat and depth allows intense muscle relaxation which enables me to work deeper. Using hot stones can be beneficial for so many reasons. - help to lower the stress hormones such as norepinephrine and cortisol. - Aid sleep. - Boost immune system. -Manage chronic pain. - poor circulation Hot stones increase the blood and lymph flow in the same way as other massage treatments but with the added heat the body can react stronger.
